David Clarkson is the President and Co-Founder of Cable Com, established in 1983. Prior to cofounding the company, David attended Midland College. Alongside Co-Founder Paul Davis, he built Cable Com on a commitment to ownership, accountability, and quality over quantity. David oversees the company’s financial and administrative operations, supporting its longterm vision and craftsmanship driven growth.

Paul Davis attended Sul Ross State University and is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Cable Com, established in 1983. He is responsible for the company’s growth and strategic expansion. Paul remains actively involved in day-to-day operational leadership of the sales team while continuing to support the company’s development in the evolving telecommunications industry.
Director of Operations
Jamie Olson is the Director of Operations for Cable Com, bringing 29 years of experience in the technology infrastructure industry. He oversees day-to-day operations with direct responsibility for the Construction and Service Departments. Known for his analytical approach and collaborative leadership style, Jamie is a trusted and respected leader within both the organization and the industry.

Hector Cadena is the Vice President of Sales at Cable Com, bringing over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including 24 years with the company. Known for his strategic, client-focused approach, he drives sales and delivers smart building solutions that support longterm customer success. Outside of work, Hector is an avid reader and lifelong lover of books.
