DIR Authorized Vendor

One (1) Year workmanship warranty
Cable Com, Inc. warrants all goods and that the Services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and without defect under DIR’s ICT Cooperative Contracts program and carries the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If replacement is needed due to manufacturer defect and not due to damage, abuse or neglect by customer, third party, vendor or company and is still under warranty, call (512) 275-2102. This warranty agreement shall remain in effect for one (1) calendar year(s) from the executed date of completion. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and Seller’s entire liability with respect to this warranty will be, at the sole option of Seller, to either (a) use its reasonable commercial efforts to reperform or cause to be reperformed any Services or goods not in substantial compliance with this warranty or (b) refund amounts paid by Customer related to the portion of the Services not in substantial compliance; provided, in each case, Customer notifies Seller in writing within five (5) business days after performance of the applicable Services.
