LEAD CABLING TECHNICIANS
We are currently seeking experienced technicians to install various types of communications cabling (Cat5e, Cat 6, Cat6A and Fiber Optic)
Immediate openings available

Must be self-starting and possess ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Ability to travel preferred but not required.

RESPONSABILITIES
• Install and maintain network cabling infrastructure
• Perform cable testing and troubleshooting
• Work with various cable types including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber optic
• Follow industry standards and best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in network cabling
• Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• BICSI certification preferred but not required
• Reliable and dependable

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Able to communicate with clients and solve problems on the job.
• Experienced with the skills required to install, terminate, test, and label various kinds of cabling per specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain reliable transportation with the ability to transport a 6’ step ladder.
• Understand the job scope and successfully complete job accordingly.
• Able to adapt to changes in job scope as required by customers.
• Able to understand and interpret all job specifications and blueprints.
• Consistently produce quality workmanship.
• Keep neat and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain updated as-built drawings.
• Use time wisely and direct personnel to complete jobs within the allotted time frame.
• Achieve maximum production from personnel.
• Neat in appearance and capable of representing the company professionally.
• Have good command of the written and spoken English language to be able to complete all project documentation and paperwork completely and accurately.
• Demonstrate correct and safe usage of all tools.
